Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing iRelax.Life services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our services, including free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. 1. Financial Policy We are committed to the highest level of quality service. Please understand that payment for services rendered are part of the treatment. Please read it carefully. -Full payment is due at time of service. -We reserve the right to charge $50 for appointments that are missed or canceled without a 24-hour notice. -A fee $30 will be charged for all returned checks. Clients will be responsible for the original amount of the check plus the returned check fee. -An additional late fee may be applied to outstanding balances. 2. Free Trial Offer We offer a free trial for our therapy services to allow potential clients to experience the quality of our services before making a commitment. The following terms apply to the free trial: -Eligible clients will be notified of their free trial offer after completing the 10th paid session. -The free trial need to be used within your effective membership period. -Clients can select any eligible service for the 30-minute duration during the free trial. -Clients have the option to transfer the free trial as a gift to another user or use it for themselves. To transfer the free trial, clients must notify us in writing with the recipient's details. 3. Refunds Refunds are provided under the following conditions: -Clients may request a refund within 5 business days of the initial purchase or renewal. -Refund requests must be submitted in writing to service@irelax.life. -Refunds will not be issued for services provided. -Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval. 4. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of our therapy services and policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance. 5.
