Payments

  • Payment Methods we accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover etc, PayPal,Bank Transfer and Check, Cash depends on the location.

  • There are also financing options and gift card method.

  • Credit and debit cards are subject to address verification by your financial institution.

  • If you have an error message after submitting your credit card information, please check to make sure that following information are correct :

    • Your name on the card

    • Billing address with your card issuer

    • Card number

    • Card type

    • Card expiration date

  • If you are still experiencing problems, please call your card issuing bank for details. We remind you that if you shop at www.irelax.life &www.irelaxbot.com, your information is safe and secure.



Returns & Exchanges 

  • Any returns within 30 days of purchase for whatever reason, shipping costs outbound and inbound will be paid by the customer.

  • Customers will be responsible for both, the original delivery and the return shipping charges. **This applies to cancellations if the order has been shipped**

  • The product being returned must have all the original packaging and be in new resalable condition.

  • All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

  • The 30 day time frame for acceptance of returning merchandise starts from the delivery date of product. No return of merchandise after this 30 day time window.

  • In case of shipping damage from our company to the delivery address of customer, replacement parts will be sent to the customer or a new unit based on a per case basis.

  • The goods must be returned, together with the original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you, and where appropriate any free gifts, incurred sales and commission expenses should be included or the cost of these items will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Our products require full payment for scheduled production, and the general delivery cycle is 60 days to 90 days after payment. If the full payment is not made within 15 working days after the order is placed, the company will regard it as voluntarily abandoning the purchase and refund the paid amount, and the customer will bear the handling fee of the bank, credit card company or third-party loan that has occurred.



To Prepare Returns: 

  • Get your RAN number:

  • Send us an email, stating that you have read our return policy to service@irelax.life

  • You can also contact us by the online chat Let's Chat at the bottom right of the screen.

  • Returning merchandise must have a copy of your invoice, and RAN written on the box of retuning merchandise.

  • Choose the shipping company of your choice for return or call us to get a designated shipping company.

  • Call us back with the tracking number of the returning merchandise.

  • Product/merchandise must be insured for the possibility of damage/getting lost.



Easy Returns

  1. Please contact us by email or chat online to explain the situation and get your RAN number. If you send your return before contacting us without a RAN number, the return will be refused.

  2. Put the packing list and your RAN number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.

  3. Tape box securely and mark with appropriate shipping address.



Shipping Fee
Our shipping for the customers is fixed when you put an order successfully. For all iRelaxBot brand products we offer a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. The Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility if you decide to return the merchandise. You will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facility. All iRelaxBot products offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects with the product (within 30 days). No refunds after 30 days. After 30 days, all of our products start to offer warranty service. 


Giftcard & Coupon Policy

  • Coupon and Purchased giftcard is not refundable.

  • One giftcard order is made for one recipient.

  • All giftcards are valid for 1 year from purchase date. Purchases made with valid giftcard number is not refundable. All other return policy applies to purchases made by giftcards.

  • Giftcards are delivered through email only. It is customers' responsibility to put the correct receivers' email address. Once we send confirmation email to the receiver, changes cannot be made.
